I am a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Cincinnati, originally from Dubai but with roots in India. The decision to travel over 7,000 miles to attend UC as an international student was a difficult one, but I knew that it would help me become the strong, independent individual I aspire to be. My time here has been full of exploration, experimentation, and learning, and I look forward to continuing to grow and develop during my stay.

One of the reasons I chose Mechanical Engineering as my major is because of my love for designing, developing, building, and testing prototypes. Through participating in various workshops, activities, and competitions, I discovered my natural inclination toward this field. However, I also have a wide range of other interests and hobbies, such as Cinematography, Photography, Music Production, playing the guitar, car mechanics, solving puzzles, traveling, and product design. These activities have helped shape my personality and add diversity to my life.

Looking ahead, I plan to pursue a master’s degree and work for a reputable organization in a coveted design position, where I can engage in a variety of projects and internships. I am excited to embark on this new chapter of my life and to continue exploring my passions while making meaningful contributions to the field of Mechanical Engineering.
